www.bettercode.co.th (the ‘Website’, ‘we’ or ‘us’) recognises the importance of personal data and other information about users (‘customers’ or ‘you’). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose your information (collectively, ‘process’) transparently and responsibly under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and other applicable laws.

Cookies and measurement providers used on this website

The website uses necessary cookies for normal operation. Analytics and advertising measurement cookies are enabled only when you select ‘Accept all’. Our providers include:

  • Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads) – Measures visits, pages viewed and contact actions, such as quotation form submissions, phone clicks and LINE clicks, to measure Google advertising. If you choose ‘Necessary only’, we do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Google may still receive non-identifying cookieless visit signals through Google Consent Mode.
  • OpenAI – Measures advertising on ChatGPT by sending page visit, phone click and LINE click information. Names, email addresses or telephone numbers detected by the system may be hashed before transmission for advertising attribution. This tool loads only after you choose ‘Accept all’.
  • The website’s own statistics counter – Counts aggregate visits and contact actions without cookies or storing IP addresses.

These providers may process data on servers outside Thailand under their respective data protection measures. You can change your preferences or withdraw consent at any time using ‘Cookie settings’ in the footer of each page.

7. Retention of personal data

We retain personal data only for the period required by law or as necessary for the stated purposes. We delete or destroy personal data when retention is no longer necessary for those purposes.

8. Security of personal data

We recognise the importance of securing your personal data and implement appropriate measures to prevent loss, unauthorised access, destruction, use, alteration or disclosure. The website uses SSL encryption certified by a certificate authority to protect information such as personal details, passwords and credit card numbers.

9. Rights of data subjects

1. Right to withdraw consent
You may withdraw consent to processing personal data for which you previously gave consent while we hold that data.

You may request access to personal data under our responsibility and request a copy.
3. Right to rectification
You may request corrections to keep personal data accurate, current and complete. Registered members may edit their personal information on the member details page.

You may request deletion, destruction or anonymisation of personal data, including when it is no longer necessary.
5. Right to restriction of processing
You may request temporary restriction while we examine a request for rectification or an objection to collection, use or disclosure.
6. Right to data portability
You may request your personal data where we have made it available in a commonly readable or usable automated format, and may request that it be sent or transferred in that format to another data controller.
7. Right to object
You may object to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data.

Objecting to collection, requesting deletion or destruction, or withdrawing permissions previously given may affect the services you receive. We may be unable to provide certain parts of our services.

10. Links to external websites or services

We may need to collect personal data to comply with the law or enter into a contract with you. If you do not consent to its use, you may still use our services, although your experience may be less convenient because we cannot fully use that information for the relevant purposes.

14. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing pramoht@bettercode.co.th or kunniga@bettercode.co.th. After the account is deleted, your personal data on the server will be cleared and cannot be recovered.
